We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

No. Please do not send any online payment, advance or “booking fee” to anyone claiming to be Bukhari Accessories. Orders placed on this website are paid on delivery. If someone asks you to transfer money to an account or share card details, it is a scam. Report it to us at info@bukhariaccessories.com.

Orders are delivered within 6 to 8 days of placement. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Some designs are prepared especially for you after your order is placed, so they can take longer than ready-to-ship items. If you need a piece for a specific event date, please email us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline.

Log in to My Account and open Orders to see the status of every order. You can also email us your order number and we will update you.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bukhariaccessories.com with your order number. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been dispatched.

Please take clear photos of the item and the packaging and email them to us with your order number as soon as you receive the parcel. We will review it and help you with a solution.

Keep your pieces dry and store them in a soft pouch or box, away from perfume, hairspray and moisture. Put jewellery on last when you dress and take it off before bathing or swimming. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
